I have had a myriad of experiences with Psychologists during a fairly eventful life and I have to say I have very high expectations from my professionals. I have been with Glen Eira Counselling for perhaps more than 7 years because I find my therapist to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, cognizant with latest theories and techniques and most importantly, able to see me as a person and not just a client or a case. Dr Rocha has been an indispensable weapon in my mental health arsenal, and has supported and enabled me to grow through the changing stages of my life. What I particularly like about our professional relationship is that I am both supported and challenged, which I believe to be the best way to bring about positive change and growth. I have recommended her to both friends and family and those who have gone to see her have always had very positive feedback on the experience.
