On my first inquiry about my sister's dog Teddy, Donna explained her grooming techniques over the phone., and after a few false starts, due to my own problems, she still let me bring him out to her. This was Donna's first meeting with Teddy and myself and his groom was exceptional. Even though I had cancelled before she would not accept my offer of extra payment and Teddy strutted himself around like a pro himself. Then I introduced my boy Beau, a beagalier to her recently. She was not expecting his longish locks, due to my emphasis on the beagle rather than cavalier breed traits. Even though Donna needed extra time to complete Beau's groom because of my poor explanation of his coat, he still needed a good wash and de- knotting / burring. Being a gentle and calm natured dog, he came back with a fresh smell and top and tail groom and almost a grin as well. Donna has obviously had plenty of experience with her clients and their owners and explains exactly what she feels is needed. Her prices are very good, as is her work and from the get go I felt totally at ease with leaving my fur-boys with her. Will definitely take them back. Thank you Donna.

I have had my poodle cross groomed twice with Donna and Bill and both times my jaw dropped she comes home looking and smelling fabulous! will defiantly be going back! Josie is quite nervous and Donna is very patient with her. Thank You!

Highly recommend Donna and Bill for your dogs grooming needs. They are very accomodating, have easy access and parking, but most importantly gave my dog Ruby a great grooming, doing exactly what I asked of them. So happy to have found a lovely local place.
Donna and Bill are awesome, friendly, reliable and nothing is a problem, my dogs love going to them for a makeover and they do an awesome job and treat them like there own, thank you, love Sally and Bobby.
