Amazing place to take children, great for adults as well as everyone gets a ride. Also the new length of the track is brilliant for children they must feel like they are on the train for ages. Run by a bunch of lovely people who need all the support we can give them. We don't want to see a gem like this in our northern suburbs just disappear.

Good place to take kids if they love trains like my child's does. Train rides are fun even for us big kids
This was a cheap as chips day out with my son. It only cost 8 entry and we had non stop train rides around the complex, and access to watching the quaterscale speedway cars that were on too. There was also two miniature train displays operating, one inside and one out. There was plenty of seating, some undercover, plenty of bins and two toilets. You can bring your own picnic or use the canteen. The canteen was cheap too, but only takes cash which caught me out as I only had limited cash on me. Staff were really friendly too, would definitely come again.
Great part of the Penfield annax. Lots to see and do on their open days. Well worth a visit

Tucked in behind the old Holden factory is a gem perfect for both the model sprint car hobbiest as well as the train enthusiast. With long train rides lots of noise and lots of fun, a must for the kids as well!
