4.4 - Had a look around today and was really impressed with the wide range of products here. Even compared to the usual Asian Supermarkets, there are so many more interesting items for us to try! Also, love the huge amount of greens available!

Food is always fresh but one of the cashier is quite rude to me. We are waiting in the queue and the cashier in green hair said she had cue us twice and we didn’t hear it. She rolled her eyes in my face when I arrived the counter. Couple of supermarkets around that area definitely will not be there any time soon.…

I bought a few bags of snacks and drinks, they were all EXPIRED (like for 2 months already) or were going to expire the next day. Keep in mind i paid FULL PRICE for these items not discount AT ALL. I don't know why this shop is till allowed to be open? They better hope I don't get food poisoning from this or else they will be in BIG trouble!! I'll definitely be considering reporting this.
I bought a few things but realised something left in store two days later. Then I contacted happigo by Wechat, then they quickly replied me that those items are in store, and I can collect them when ready. So impressed about their efficiency and attitude. That is called customer service! Amazing!
Poor customer service, specially the cash counter girls.
