Give Bailey from the pit stop team a raise! He went out of his way to find my phone which slipped out of my pocket and landed somewhere on the track. Prior to this, he was very patiently and professionally dealing with a very difficult customer. Excellent service. Had a terrific experience on the 13hp 30min package. Thanks mate!

They cancelled on us 2 times in a row due to rain. I've been gokarting for years across many countries and it's the only place I've seen that cancels when there is a drop of rain. Track a little bit wet is not a safety issue and is actually more fun (they probably do it to protect their karts, not for the safety of people). Experience must be great but be aware if you book they will cancel as soon as there is a drop of rain.

My son had his first karting experience today. Unfortunately the staff were rude and shouted at him if he made any mistake, or even blamed him when another kart smashed him off the track. Instead of being a fun and supported first experience, he hated it and will never go back again. This is NOT how you serve customers and get repeat business. Wouldn't recommend this place anyway but DEFINITELY do not go if it is your first time.

Good fun. My only feedback to the management would be to get the entrance driveway fixed, its completely torn up and dust flying around everywhere doesn't bode well for an otherwise good facility

Fantastic experience. Very well organised. All ages are catered for. Book in advance is recommended. 3 13 year old girls had 3 turns and can't wait to do it again.

Had a great time, received excellent service! If I had to offer some constructive criticism then perhaps it would be to be more communicative with groups waiting to race so that everyone can be ready at a designated start time. Otherwise all thumbs up from me.
