If you have one chance at solving your dispute outside of court DO NOT waste your time or money here - complete waste of time. Mediator was pushy, cold and confrontational from the get-go. She has no compassion or understanding when it comes to dealing with trauma/ genuine domestic violence victims etc. Terrible experience for both parties (at least we agreed on something). I have no idea why or how Insight Dispute Resolution comes recommended, definitely no good for complex matters.

Do not use this service. We paid for mediation, as well as for Douja to prepare a parenting plan. 7 months later, and several email and phone calls requesting said plan, and we have not received our plan, nor an explanation as to why the plan was not prepared, nor a refund. Just not a word from Douja. Very unreliable, and extremely unprofessional. I would also agree with other reviews that her manner is rude, abrupt and judgemental. Don't waste your money or your time.
