Was extremely rude and unhelpful. His reception staff are just as bad. He's also a workcover dr so you will not get a fair assessment..
I can't say that he's going to write a good report because insurance companies will pick doctors who work in their favour. But I was spoken to respectfully and professionally.
Unprofessional and Rude! If there was a negative star he’d be getting that, doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. Tony Kostas is useless, says what he wants and really doesn’t give you a chance to speak. If you can avoid seeing this Dr then do so, he is very short with his answers yet when you ask him for further information/ questions he is very rude with his answers. No sense of humor, very straight faced and can barely communicate effectively with people. There are so many better Dr’s out there, don’t waste your time seeing this one!
In my opinion , he does not want to listen to what you have to say . Not interested in how much pain your in . Just wants you to take pain killers. Not interested in fixing the problem. He just wants to get his money . No compassion. If i could give a negative star I would .
One of the best doctors. First met him about 15 years ago for a Workcover claim when he quickly diagnosed my problem and got me surgery that stopped me losing use of my left arm. More recently he has been treating me for a rare form of arthritis and has helped relieve pain I have suffered for years. Listens to patients and phones them back when they have queries. .
Very knowledgeable man, yet able to relate to you in an easy to understand matter. Very thorough in his investigations and reports. Would recommend him to anyone.
