The end result of the work she has done for me is impeccable and I’ve had multiple medical staff comment on how impressive and neat her work is. Dr Ngan came at the recommendation of a friend who had received treatment from Dr Ngan; the recommendation came very highly and having since seen Dr Ngan myself, couldn't have been more well deserved. From consultation through to surgery and all post-operative care, my experience has been genuine, compassionate and professional. Dr Ngan comes across humble and approachable and meeting her was far less daunting than I anticipated. She was happy to answer any and all questions and it was incredibly easy to feel comfortable and able to trust her from the start. As for the results - they're amazing. It's only been a month and already I'm so much more comfortable and confident. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

Wow, where to start?! Natalie has been so amazing from start to finish. I went in for an en bloc total capsulectomy and a lift. Dr. Ngan advised me that I should probably do the lift when I wasn't completely convinced and I am so happy that I did, they look so flawless after eight years with large implants and they look like me again. She has been very professional and at the same time very compassionate. I would recommend her to anyone, she is probably the best in her field. Thanks again Natalie!

Dr. Natalie is no doubt an expert in this field. Her professionalism since the first consultation and throughout made me feel extremely safe in the process - this is my number one priority. Her warmth and charisma made me feel supported while we were making decisions together about something that is of personal significance to me. The fact that she cares as much as I do about the result I wanted is a rarity. She had also introduced another high quality surgeon (Dr. Sophie Nightingale) to treat some complications I had and it was surprisingly hassle free, factoring in with how efficient their personal assistants were too. I know I have made the right choice in choosing her as my surgeon, I simply cannot deny the quality of care and relationship I experienced. I am grateful and very pleased with the outcome.

Seeking out a reputable surgeon was a task in itself, but I'm beyond thankful to have crossed paths with Dr. Ngan. I can not speak highly enough of my experience with Dr. Natalie Ngan. I attended my first consultation to discuss explant and fat transfer surgery with a lot of fear and trepidation over not only the aesthetic outcome, but also health concerns. Dr. Ngan listened with compassion, and put my mind at ease by answering all my questions and being open and honest in managing my expectations. My surgery experience at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital was seamless - Dr. Ngan’ team of assistants, nurses, theatre staff and anaesthetist were all lovely and I woke up from anaesthetic with minimal pain. I never expected to be so pleased with the aesthetic outcome of my surgery; I wish I had consulted with Dr. Ngan years ago!! My results are better than I could have hoped for. The follow up care I’ve received has made my recovery an easy one with no complications and a comfortable transition into normal activities of daily living. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ngan.
