Highly recommend this business, very efficient & friendly. They followed up regularly with phone calls to try & contact me to enable them to come out to see my home as where I wanted the unit, as it was a small area, Joe offered great suggestions. Once I accepted their quote Joe still managed to find another unit that would suit more at a great price. They also followed up quickly to ensure installation the very next day....great customer service from Betta home living, thank you to Joe for finding the right unit for my home & also very quick, efficient service from the installer, Wayne. All this happened very quickly in 3 days which I am very pleased about as I was expecting possible delays of anywhere upto 6 weeks. I have got a few products from here. Great customer service and explain everything about the product and competitive prices. I live closer to other electrical stores but always walk out disappointed but never at Betta. Just got a portable air conditioner and James was very helpful.
