Nolans Private Selection used to be my favourite meat. Hadn't had it for a while - bought some 14 day dry aged tender stretched T-bones. Was tough and lacking taste. Woolies t-bones are better. Sadly they are not worth the risk of buying again at the price. For that money they should be consistently good quality. Not randomly.

Nobody should support a business who treats their staff so horrendously. You cannot trust the quality of their product as a result.
Don't work here. Ever. So terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible work place practice.

I have been buying Nolan’s meats for the past 10 years from my local butcher. Always amazing quality at reasonable prices. Have recommended to many friends after dinner parties.
