I have been fortunate to be able to train remotely with FP Brisbane. Even online, Louis's attention to detail is phenomenal. He clearly has in depth knowledge of human movement/biomechanics, an eye for detail and the skills to cue and correct faulty movement patterns. I am able to apply what he has taught to my everyday movement and am starting to see and feel improvements in my posture and movement. I have no doubt that what he can achieve in person would be even better. Highly recommend FP Brisbane.

I highly recommend Functional Patterns Brisbane to anyone wishing to improve their quality of life. I initially started having sessions with Louis to improve my running on the sports field but have found the benefits of this training system impact all aspects of my life. The work done at FP Brisbane has helped me walk, run, breathe and live better. Louis has an incredible eye for detail that has allowed him to come up with unique solutions for my dysfunctions. On top of that, he is able to convert complicated ideas into simple cues that work for me. These two skills along with his sheer dedication towards producing results is hard to find in the health & fitness industry. Thanks to Louis and his training methods, I am now moving better, faster and with less pain than I ever have before.

Each week I look forward to my sessions at Functional Patterns Brisbane, being trained one on one by Shane, a Human Biomechanics Specialist qualified in a very unique training system. Pre-conceived concepts that I’ve had from the past are getting replaced. I have started to let the training infiltrate my daily living in ways of breathing, eating, thinking, walking and exercise. The sessions set out to build a solid foundation for the body to move well and efficiently. I’m getting a better understanding of my body, so that I can be pain free and live well as I age. Highly recommend being part of the Functional Patterns community.

I cannot recommend Functional Patterns Brisbane enough, everyone should be using this training system - no matter what age or ability. It has changed my body in ways I never thought possible. I have been working with Lou online and he is so unbelievably knowledgeable and supportive whilst makes training fun and varied. He goes out of his way to break movements down in an easy to understand manner and is patient if I don’t do things correctly straight away. My body always feels great after a session. I have lost body fat, changed my posture and reduced my back pain. I also learnt a lot along the way and am now able to deal with stress/anxiety more effectively. Thanks FP Brisbane!

I can't recommend the guys at FP Brisbane enough. Whether it be pain, performance, rehab or general health Functional Patterns is a game changer. It allows you to get to the root of the issue and take control of your body and health without having to rely on passive therapies. Lou's online classes have been an awesome experience so far. He is highly knowledgeable and breaks down the movements in a clear and concise manner for anyone to learn. Our teenage son has Scheuermann’s Kyphosis, along with associated postural and muscular imbalances. He is six months into his Functional Patterns journey with Shane and already the results are impressive. Shane has an exceptional eye for detail, which maximises the effectiveness of each session. Our son has avoided being braced and his orthopaedic specialist is very supportive of using Functional Patterns over traditional, more passive physio. Our son is stronger, straighter and more confident than he has ever been. We couldn’t be happier with his progress and highly recommend the Shane and the team at Functional Patterns Brisbane.
