My experience with the QIS is really positive, I think the front desk lady was really helpful and welcoming. I think what is happening is alot of guys going there and expect magic to happen in a instant. READ the signs and treat others how you want to be treated.

Staff looks tired. No welcome smile as I think they mostly deal with unprofessional customers. I recommend better way of locating vehicle like at airport. They charge hefty fee.

First attempt at repairing a written off vehicle. Hassle free and faster than expected. Though I wouldn’t like to deal with all the clowns who go in there and try to get their dodgy vehicles passed.
