Clock watching staff. Shuts exactly at 4.29pm when I pull up out front. Driven 30mins from South Side of Brisbane in peak hour to pick up 1 item, only to be told shop is closed. (Would of taken less than 30secs) Sign was saying Open when I arrived and parked directly in front of the front door. Staff leave and lock up at 4.32pm. Unhelpful staff, very poor customer service. Would not recommend. Management should review staff very unprofessional. Will be following this up with management personally.

will give you mental depression. We buy Apuro planetary mixer 10l in 6 months ago still we have warranty on it during this 6 month the machine breakdown 2 times. 1st time breakdown within 1month We call warranty team they response after 15 days send someone check machine again we wait 20days to fixed machine. That day was terrible 2nd time breakdown 20 days again same process Call everyday response after 3days Arrange time with technician 10 days The technician will inspect the machine and send report to warranty team for the part 7days. When We call every time to asked about the machine answer waiting for the part. until today almost 2 months still waiting for to fixed the machine OMG My question is who will be the responsible to for this And I am paying everyday extra salary to extra employees to do that machine job every day. it’s your customers Service? You Guys advise me to sale this machine to someone when they fixed do you think it’s good advice? Now the machine siting on the corner I don’t know when will be fixed. Never buy any Apuro brand,polar brand For your busy kitchen this is rubbish Thank you Spring Hill kitchen

I am very disappointed at the service I have received from Nisbets. I was told my package would arrive 2 to 3 days from when I ordered online and it didn't arrive for 5 days. I needed this item urgently and when I called up to ask where it was, I was met with a sales rep who could not care less attitude telling me that it had been lose and when I asked what they planned to do about it, he simply said "oh well we can cancel it for you". No offer of really making me happy or anything. I had to purchase another item in the interim as I needed it for a specific date. I wrote an email expressing my dissatisfaction and received one phone call which I could not answer. I tried to call back twice and could not get through to anyone who would help me, no follow up since then. I definitely do not recommend.

Always found them to be a good local supplier of catering equipment. Don''t aways have everything in stock, but staff are very friendly and willing to order it in for you. Sales are also pretty good value for money as well.
