The Lift Shop have provided us with excellent technical support for more than 8 years . Matt recently performed a service on our lift. He was extremely professional and courteous and most importantly, very informed and competent.

I placed a service call recently with Liftshop and they sent a technician to check out the problem. Eleanor was helpful and efficient in booking an appointment. Matt arrived on time, and did a great job thoroughly investigating the problem and did not stop until he was satisfied that he could 100% fix it. Plus, due to the technical issue likely originating at installation, I was only charged a small fee for the callout.
Good value for money lift. Service has been excellent. Matt did the first service and made me feel that he was looking after my lift as if it was his own - he did a great job. Happy client and would recommend.

We have never had an issue with the Lift Shop. The service has been prompt and courteous. John, our regular serviceman, is efficient has always on time. He’s a good bloke to boot. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided by the Lift Shop.
Decision made to purchase a lift from the Lift Shop. Our initial dealings with Lift Shop sales personnel (Tiffany), based in Brisbane were courteous with all queries promptly answered. Attention to detail and follow-up was a trademark which saw them stand-out from their competitors. Installing a lift into an existing home is not without its challenges, creating lift shaft remote of local installer support and guidance can quickly become a nightmare if not managed effectively. The building of a good working relationship between builder and installer is critical for a “happy ending” when installation day arrives. The lift installers (Trent & Steve) were professional in their approach from the outset and displayed a high degree of patience despite the obstacles put their way by external parties. Work area was always maintained clean and tidy, they displayed all the attributes of a well-disciplined, self-managed work team. Queries were answered promptly and/or followed up in a timely manner. Commissioning of system (Joe and Trent) has now been completed in a very professional manner, with knowledge transfer appropriate for user. As the new custodians we look forward to many years of trouble-free use and ongoing support as required.
Requested a call out due to an issue with our lift on the Gold Coast. Response was prompt and efficient. Matt the technician who was sent out was well prepared for the job, efficient and conscientious. He was polite and respectful and bent over backwards to ensure he had things up and running before he left. If you need anything done from the Lift Shop, Matts the guy you want to ask for. Since being directed by our builder to contact the Lift Shop in Melbourne during the planning stages of our new home, our experience has been positive. From initially dealing with the sales people (Eric in particular) who provided us with all the lift options available to us, the installers and service people (John and Josh in particular), we have always been treated with respect and in a prompt and informative manner. We have lived in our home for over 3 years now and the lift has worked well and bee a great addition to the amenity of our home. For any people contemplating the installation of a lift into their existing or new home I recommend they visit their nearest Lift Shop.
