The staff at this site are AMAZING. Always friendly, efficient and good at what they do. Have been here multiple times for COVID tests and have never had a bad experience. This place is like a well oiled machine!

Wanted to share my COVID test experience here on 13 Jan 2021. I'd booked in and then read the Google Reviews, and felt hesitant after seeing a negative review that I might have chosen the wrong place. Turns out nothing to worry about. The experience of testing was pleasant and comfortable, and staff were lovely. I did my test at 11am and got results at 9:30am the next morning. Highly recommended.
Did our covid tests here on a Wednesday. Results were followed up by ourselves through calling the Dorevitch lab 5 days later because no one from EACH Ringwood testing site were helpful enough to chase the results from the lab for us. All of the phone numbers listed on the website...were manned by .....answering machines. No one called back until 3 hours later. And note....they don't work over the weekends!!!! A little upsetting given that COVID is so contagious and you don't want to keep people waiting so long for results to return. I submitted a verbal complaint, the team leader lady said she understands my frustration but comes up with excuses. If you do need to get tested I suggest Box Hill hospital - quick results, work over weekends and great friendly service.
Cannot speak highly enough of the nurses here doing the COVID Tests. This is my third time getting one done, because I keep getting colds! and they were so helpful, kind and supportive to the fact I am a massive sook and have had bad experiences with my previous two tests. They genuinely care about providing a gentle experience with something that otherwise is pretty uncomfortable- especially if you voice your concerns to getting it done, they will listen and communicate to you the steps they will take to make it as quick and painless as possible. A heartfelt thank you to the nurses and staff there. Your support went above and beyond today.
Not too bad. Did wait an hour and 40 minutes for one of my appointments. Other then that it's a welcoming place.
Decent doctors services but don't go here for mental health, good chunk of the workers are equally sick. Dr Chris and Libby specifically gave me very disappointing sessions that were basically just conversations mostly focused on them
