Professional and friendly. Husband and wife team of Marcia and Ken and son, Daniel, and their team were all a pleasure to deal with. My husband and I had 4 businesses quote for the job and we chose Russell's Creative Curtains because they were very organised; they arrived on-time, listened to our requests and were genuinely lovely people to deal with. They were also the least "salesy" business. They weren't pushy at all, and their quote was reasonably priced. They were open to our ideas whilst guiding us to meet our needs and set clear expectations. They had the largest range of contemporary blinds and curtains, and were very helpful in providing samples. In addition, the quality of their samples were of a very high standard - modern colours and textures. They have an eye for design and Marcia helped us decide on the colours to suit our home decor and interiors. In working with them, we found their communication to be prompt, informative and collaborative. They answered all our questions with warmth. After originally speaking to them about curtains, we decided to use them for both blinds and curtains. They supplied blinds and curtains for our entire home - 4 sets of blinds in the living areas and curtains and roller blinds in the sleeping areas and offices. We are extremely happy with our curtains, blinds, and roller blinds. The rooms are much cooler in Summer and warmer in Winter, and the finish has added value to our home. We have used Russell's Curtains for many years and find the new owners continue to provide a very reasonable priced service. Next time we want curtains they will be the first ones we call.
The curtains make the bedroom feel luxurious. Really surprised that some great quality curtains could make that much of a difference to the room. Russell's were super easy to deal with. Very customer focused and good value for money.
