We paid for the services for a week. When the time came I called to check our reservation. There was no response from disconnected phones and emails that bounced back. We paid in full and there was no one there when we went to the address given. The gates were locked and letterbox was full. The place was overgrown and there was no actual signage. Very unimpressed. Highly recommend do not book or pay these people.

Disappointing...when we arrived, the office was non inviting and dirty. On the site, it says to bring comforts of home. So we bought in his favourite blanket and toy. On pick up the toy was completely destroyed and the blanket was drenched and dirty. Both had to be thrown out. Our pet also had what looked like insect bits over his body. When we arrived home, which was around 9am he was extreamly starving.
Extremely impressed with the service provided by the staff at Paws Pet Retreat! The team were very flexible and kindly accepted my booking on very short notice. They bathed my pup and even sent a photo to show he’d settled in. I would happily leave him with the team again next time I go away.
Nice people and staff care about the pets. Got a photo sent to me during my cat's stay which was reassuring.
We had previously left our dog here and had been happy with it. However, they just left without trace or notification. We had paid 50% deposit which they never repaid and I could not be bothered to follow it up as it was too much hassle. We turned up with our dog, as did numerous others, and they had completely disappeared with no notification as to where or how. This was a year ago but just thought I would post this to warn others in case they try to set up elsewhere.
Very friendly service, have my Labrador stayed there once in a year in the past few years. She always looks happy and energetic as usual everytime after a 4 or 5 day stay
