A really big thank you to Rhianna, for my beautiful engagement ring! My now Fiance said you made everything easy and guided him through the process to make it as stress free as possible in what can be an overwhelming situation. Considering I don't wear rings or much jewelry at all you both captured me and my style so well. The ring is everything I could have ever asked for or imagined. I was so sad when I had to part with it for resizing, especially being all the way in Canberra. Thank you for also looking after the resizing so quickly and keeping me up to date on the post. Overall was an amazing experience with Nina's and Rhianna thank you for helping Chris design something I have already grown such an attachment to. We will definitely be back for my wedding band. Absolutely shocking service. Not even acknowledge when we walked into the store. Looked at us like we were dirt off the floor. You don't have to look rich to afford their product but some sort of service would go a long way. Pathetic service from the 2 staff members standing behind the counter to busy ignoring us .

When I decided to propose to my girlfriend I was confronted with the previously unknown world of diamonds. I emailed some jewellers with an enquiry. The email I received from Heather at Nina's really stood out - she was not giving me the hard sell but asked me what I had in mind, and what she could do for me within my budget. She was very patient in forwarding a number of designs for me to consider, and was flexible enough to make little alterations to them to best meet what I thought my fiancee would like. She then kept me well informed as the design went off to be made, and everything was done on time and as described. Importantly, my fiancee really loves the ring and it looks so stunning. The people at Nina's, especially Heather, seemed over the moon for us, and are making some minor size alterations for free. I could not recommend Nina's enough to anyone thinking of getting engaged. You get a unique and beautiful ring entirely to your own specifications, and a service that is human and outstanding.

We dropped off a ring to be re-plated on a Thursday, and was told it would be ready Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. They called me Saturday to let me know it was finished early and ready for pickup! Excellent service, convenient location, and friendly staff.
