Highly recommend, I'm very happy with the results and wish I had found this place years ago. First time in about 10 years I no longer have chronic lower back pain. Also sorted out my knee and shoulder pain. Super happy.

It feels good to be looked after with warmth and concern especially if you’re in pain. And that’s what you get with the 5 stars service from Dr Paula. Very professional and knowledgeable and will gladly recommend to family and friends. Not to forget Duncan who was instrumental in getting me back to my current form. And as always, it’s complimented by the welcoming and lovely faces of the ladies receiving us - Camille, Alison and Letitia.

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. On top of being the most compassionate practitioner I have ever come across, Dr Paula’s focus on progress is what puts her and her clinic a cut above the rest. Rather than solely relieving pain, Paula goes above and beyond to track your progress throughout your treatment. Each program is tailored specifically to a patient’s needs, comprising of regular monitoring, strength building and maintenance to achieve an overall better quality of life. I have been receiving treatment here for over a year now and, put simply, it has been life-changing. I am very thankful to Paula and the team for providing such a superior treatment experience. After some digging around on Google for a chiro near me, I decided to visit My Back Relief in July...and I haven't stopped going ever since! The team there are absolutely incredible. Paula and Sunny are experts at what they do. My back and neck have been terrible since working from home and Paula's exercises and guidance over the last few months has seen my body improve drastically. As soon as you step into the clinic, the lovely ladies at reception always take care of you and you know that everyone who works here believes deeply in taking care of their clients. Definitely recommend going, you won't regret it!
