Online booking is not working. Got a confirmation email but no record in their system. Have to return twice without servicing.

Terrible experience with one of the blokes in customer service for parts & services department. After sitting and waiting over 3 hours for them to complete a simple task, i was greeted by a tall fat bald bloke who was arrogant and literally said "we haven't started working on your car and we're not interested in working on it either, the issue at hand is not our problem". Everyone else there was extremely pleasant, but unfortunately this bloke ruined the experience. The general manager was very helpful in resolving the issue.

Vehicle under warranty and was taken to the workshop for 120,000 km service. Previous issue identified by another Hyundai dealer that we wanted to have fixed prior to end of warranty. I was told by a male member of the service department that they would need the vehicle for a week and if they pulled it apart it would cost me thousands of dollars if it was not under warranty. I was informed that if I didn't want to take the risk perhaps just sell the vehicle. I pointed out that the defect was picked up at 105,000 km service. I was told that they did not have time to do it anyway and if I wanted the work done they would need the vehicle for a full week. I was handed back my report and told that once the vehicle is out of warranty it would not be considered a warranty repair even though it was picked up well and truly within the warranty period and I had presented the vehicle for repair. I was then told that they were not responsible to follow up on another dealers issues. I pointed out that the vehicle had only ever been serviced by two Hyundai dealers being them and Woodleys at Tamworth and that I thought it would not matter who discovered the fault as both were Hyundai dealers. As a pensioner I was extremely distraught to think I may be up for thousands of dollars for repairs to a vehicle that was less that five years old and was under warranty. I then rang Woodleys Hyundai at Tamworth who stated calmly that the problem which had been identified was a known issue and would be repaired under warranty and that they only required the vehicle for one full day. What a difference good service staff make. Will never set foot in Sainsburys again for any reason. Only took our vehicle there as it saves us around 3 hours travel and I had another reason to attend Dubbo that day.
