I recently purchased a new car from Dubbo City Toyota. I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I had there; I've always been led to believe that buying a new car is a stressful experience, but really it couldn't have been more relaxing. Lachlan was very knowledgeable, even about a car that had only come out this year, and made making a decision much easier. For example - I mentioned that I was interested in a yellow version of the C-HR Koba, and he actually brought one in from their dealership in Gilgandra to test drive. That's good customer service, and it was really going that extra mile (kilometre!) that helped cement my choice of Toyota over its competitors. Glen, their Business Manager, was great at explaining all the various options we had available with insurance and financing, and Richard, their Sales Manager, wasn't above cutting a deal to get me into the car of my dreams ASAP. We signed on Saturday, and were driving away on Tuesday. I couldn't be happier. This is the first car that I've had that wasn't just a people mover - it's more than a box. It has real character. Now, I haven't experienced much of the service side of things yet, so I can't speak for them there, but if it's as professional and dedicated as their sales team, I don't think I'll have any trouble at all. When I do get the car serviced, I'll update this review (if I can remember) to give an accurate account of that side of things, too! Cheers.

I've tried to order a spare key for my car, and have rung up 4 times regarding when to come and pick it up, and I've either been told that I can't get onto the parts department, or haven't been contacted when I will be able to come and pick it up or payment hasn't gone through. Very annoying
Beautiful building. Feels very modern and relaxing. Was just passing through to the service desk but was greeted by staff who were not busy while I was being shown where to go.

I am very disappointed by this Toyota Did many mistake on the vehicle, like put it's a diesel but it's a petrol The safety check was not done properly, they didn't do the road test cause it was low fuel ( 30liter still in the subtank) Last time I did a safety check in another Toyota I get 5 pages with everything they checked, there only 3 lines Run away
Driving from Adelaide to Qld for Xmas in 40 degree heat. Car issue south of Dubbo. The Toyota place was very busy, but happily slotted us in. Courtesy driven to place of choice. Picked up again 2 hours later. Great service from very friendly staff.
