Sadly had them mismanage 2 rentals for 20 yrs... not residing locally myself I had hoped they were at the very least competent....but was assured they were across things.. Apathy and complacency with managing any rentals under their control.. Planning to sell properties wasnt going to give them satisfaction of commission for their arrogance apathy and complacency.. New agent found rents were 30% below market and sale valuation was likewise way off...

It is my opinion that Bob Berry Real estate have double standards in regards to tenants.. If a tenant endorses any contract or instrument finalising said document, as you would expect, any over site by the endorser in favour of endorser ,will be their tough luck... But if they miss something... Equally its also the tenants tough luck... They think they are entitled to take advantage of the their clearly dominant position, the case being after final inspection has been completed and endorsed by both parties, they can continue to add what they wish to the outgoing tenant.. A self imposed privrelage that is not afforded to the tenant ...this happened to me.. After they, for personal reasons, did not renew my lease contract.. Something that I actively followed and maintained to a high standard so as not to have to have the inconvenience of finding another place...

The worst property office in Dubbo NSW I have ever seen. The agent never received the call and even I have called several times didn't answer. After so many paperworks I sent the application and they showed unsuccessful without any cause. I personally recommend people not to apply for any property related with this company.
