Bought a euromaid dishwasher which is apparently "supported" by this company. The unit malfunctioned and after a week I was told to deal with my warranty issue by calling a technician at my own expense. The unit continues to malfunction and I am yet to receive a satisfactory response. Personally I will not purchase any brand they distribute in Australia as my personal experience is that the warranty support is non existent.

Have a Nectre Combustion heater circa early 1980s in our home. Needed a new fire door glass, ordered one and it took some waiting for it to be delivered - when delivered it was the incorrect size. Spoke to Kathryn form Glen Dimplex about the issue and she was wonderful to deal with throughout. She organized a replacement glass to be sent out straight away and was incredibly polite and fast with her e-mail responses. She turned what could have been an inconvenient shitfight into a great customer care experience.

i bought a nectre wood heater 4 years ago, and just recently the glass door cracked on the front. I rang and spoke with a very nice gentleman named Nicolas. He informed me that it was not covered under warranty however in good faith offered to replace the glass and door seal free of charge. After sale service has been exceptional and i would highly recommend this company.

Our Technika Gas oven door handle failed on the one side of the oven door. The oven was supplied for a new build in Feb 2018. There being no guidance in the on line manual how to fix such a problem, I contacted Glen Dimplex as per the Warranty Form in the File handed to us by Simonds our builder. We have gone round and round in circles and now nearly three weeks later we have not reached a point of resolve to get a technician to fix the door. Driven to despair. It has taken nearly 4 weeks to resolve, thanks to Abdul who initiated a job request of Prestige in Adelaide. Just over 24 hours later the door has been fixed. Thank you.

I am over the bs. This wonderfire is a fire hazard! It won't work and there is a lack of respect for customer care and the warranty. I am totally over the back and forth straight after purchace and now where are you all!? I assume you are out of business? This is the worst quality for the expense. I want a response! And my money back!!!!
