The staff is extremely rude! My wife was video calling her sister asking which bag her sister want and your employee overheard the conversation and thought we were trying to ask her for a special discount! What’s worst is that she even told us to go to the shop that we claim is cheaper 1. I understand there is a promotion going on but we have never hinted or try to ask for any special discount 2. Your staff just humiliated us and trying to makes us look like a bunch of “Cheap Skate” 3. Rude and keep interrupting people conversation

Had lovely help from staff member Fiona who walked and talked about all the options and features of new releases of bags , purses and wallets as I decided what to buy for my lovely girlfriend. Good customer service here, signed up for membership because of it!
