I'm in Sydney. I need someone to look after my SeaRay Sundeck and I need someone 1) competent, 2) available, and 3) reasonable with fees, and in Sydney it's a case of "pick any 2". So, for whatever I need, I haul the boat up to Anthony and his team. With Northconnex open it's an easy run, and he's very competent, very available and very reasonable with fees. Everything I need, no mucking around, no BS, and I'm back in the water. (ON the water, I mean ;-))

These guys are super helpful, easy to deal with and great value for money. I drove from south side of Sydney to get there. I'll use these guys again any time I need anything outboard related. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
The worst customer service and experience for me. I booked 3 weeks ago for my boat to bring in and I even called to confirm but when I brought in my boat then he told me another 3 weeks I have to wait to get repair. If you not able to do it don't book customer. He wasted my 3 weeks and to be honest who have time to wait around like this. I even say Bye before I left his shop and he just ignore me. learn respect ... To all people
