Save your paintwork - don’t use the self service. I bought my car from a friend (1 owner) in December and despite a few dents from other car doors and a scratch on the mirror - the body of the paint work was in immaculate condition. Yesterday we took the car through self service (second from the right near the drive through wash). I don’t understand how its happened but my car is scratched all over, I’m beyond gutted. My husband thinks there may have been stones caught in the brush but we couldn’t hear it scratch - although all bays were in use and it was noisy. We have used the self drive once before and it was fine, it came out good and I’ve been through the drive through before too which was average. Yesterday the brush didn’t foam up, the brush must have been what has caused all these small scratches. The “spot free rinse” as you can see didn’t work, although we didn’t dry the car straight afterwards. It’s now dirty again and covered in scratches, I have no idea how much its going to cost me to try and get them buffed out, if its even possible. I’m so upset, 5 wash seems cheap but not when it ruins your paintwork. (photographs attached - you can clearly see some deeper bigger scratches but it’s really hard to photograph the fine scratches, I attempted to take them under shade/car port but there is a reflection - it looks like the entire brush scratched the car)

It’s good to wash your own car, nothing fancy though.
Convenient. I like the fact that the auto wash doesn't have floor rails so won't scratch the wheels

They charged my credit card for an automatic premium wash but the wash machine would not activate. Will not return phone calls for a refund. Awful!
Used to be a great car wash. The water for the spot free wash is dirty. Should be called spot full wash. Leaves grubby marks all over the car. Even the Laser Wash. vacuums don’t have much suction - which sucks. I’ve gone back a couple of times as it’s us close and convenient but will not be returning.
