My friend and I had a shellac pedicure and it was certainly not worth 45 each! They were rough to the point the girl actually cut my toe and made it bleed whilst doing my cuticles! This has never happened to me before. She didn't even acknowledge it or apologise, just put some cotton wool on it and carried on. Overall our nails looked ok but the service and quality of care doesn't even deserve 1 star! I had to say to the cashier at the end that I wanted some discount given she cut me and the women couldn't have looked less interested and begrudgingly have me 5 off, still no apology! I would NEVER go back!

Visited today for manicure. Had to request beautician to be gentle three times as she was so rough. Will not return and would certainly not recommend this business.

The nail technicians here are lovely but the owner or head honcho is terribly rude and obnoxious. She speaks poorly to her customers and the young girls who work for her whist she swans around the salon. She is both unfriendly and her manner abrasive. I won’t be returning here.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The rudest, most miserable staff who would not even allow the massage chair on until everything was finished. They could not look at you while you are there, do not smile, do not greet you, do not thank you. I will never ever go back. In the end I told them how rude and miserable they are. Don’t waste your time or money here

I got my nails done about a week ago. The staff were rude, three different people did my nails, I had an appointment and had to wait 20 minutes with alu foil on my fingers, because they were busy. And after all the shellac started to get off my nails after 5 days. I wouldn’t recommend to go there! I will definitely not come back!

So rude and obviously had an issue with me asking for someone to put on the massage chair after I had foil on my nails. I’m certain they were talking about me in another’s language and the girl cut my finger with the clippers. I tried extra hard to be super polite after she had attitude with me after I needing assistance with the chair as I wanted a good job done and simply didn’t want anyone to feel awkward or horrible. To be honest I was worried she would clip me.

Good for a manicure, nothing else. Was a happy customer till I decided to get eyelash extensions here. The girls are nice enough, but just not experienced extensions. (To be honest my fault for expecting a nail place to know what they're doing with eyelash extensions...word to the wise go to the experts.) The girl glued my eyelashes onto the upper part of skin on my eyelid and glued huge chunks of my natural lashes together and proceeded to assure me this was a natural look. For weeks my eyes were irritated. The first few days my eyes were bloodshot red and stung so badly it was difficult to keep my eyes open. Upon waking in the morning it was torture opening my eyes. I had to get them removed from a place which specialised in eyelashes. They stated not only were they poor quality lashes, they were placed incorrectly and she suspected the type of glue as the culprit of the irritation likening the texture of the glue to nail glue.
