I went to make passport pictures. I asked to the photographer if I could check the shot on his camera as I had no idea how I looked like (couldn't see any mirror in the shop) and I will keep the passport for 10 years (and there was no other client in the shop) . Although it took him 5 seconds to take the shots, he said no, and he would pick the best. When I picked the pictures up - the picture was not good and my hair was cropped. I paid and left, pretty disappointed by the service and product. I gave him a call 10 minute later, saying I was not very comfortable with the pictures and asked if i could have the picture retaken as I was going to keep the passport for 10 years. He said no, unless I wanted to pay again, that it was not a portrait and hung up the phone. I should have gone to the post office where they're in general much nicer and let you check the shot at least once. It doesn't tale a long time and that's something we keep for a long time...
