Absolutely awful! They text me to cancel the appointment the day before and when I called they had no reason to why it was cancelled. Just that she isn’t working tomorrow no more! Specialist appointments get booked up for months and have long waiting periods. This is peoples health who are in a lot of pain. I booked this appointment months ago. It is not acceptable. Do not go!

I was fortunate to consult with Dr Maxine Szramka when I became ill in 2016. She was incredibly caring and listened to me in a way that no doctors had done before. She supported me at a very difficult and stressful time, and to this day I appreciate her care and attention.
Cancelled my initial consultation appointment twice, during which time I could have seen another specialist - now my referred appointment will be even further delayed. Very poor form given the appointment is in relation to my health.
