I had my car service last month and Ling Lin from service department helped me to explain all the repairs, it was easy to book in as well with her, she even called me two days later for following up call, Chris was the advisor, he was really nice to me too, Andrew the manager is friendly, it is a wonderful team. Andy Huang and the sales team at Volvo Doncaster were fantastic to deal with. Andy gave us a quote which was unbeatable by any other dealers in Australia. Oliver gave us a detailed run through of the car features at delivery, whilst Andy was away, fantastic team work guys. 5 stars to the sales team ! But then you got a delivery coordinator with no customer service at all and very difficult to deal with.
