Wow where do I begin? Throughout my VCE I had many tutors in my various subjects, however NONE of them compare to the standard and quality of Delphine. I began working with Delphine in year 10, after falling off track with French, needing assistance with becoming more confident in my abilities. Right from the get-go I was completely in awe of how much time and effort Delphine puts into each and every student, from providing cool tricks to help you memorise/understand grammar rules, helping to write incredibly complex French, teaching new tenses/cool expressions used by local/native French people - my school French teacher's were blown away by my standard each year! I genuinely looked forward each week to our sessions because it did not feel like I was "studying", Delphine genuinely makes the lessons so incredibly enjoyable, whilst ensuring her students gain as much knowledge as possible. Thanks to Delphine, I was the subject DUX for French at my school, and achieved full marks in the oral exam (all credit goes to her intense and incredible assistance with my preparation). I could honestly sit here for days raving on about how amazing she is. Genuinely sad that I have graduated now! Can not simply recommend high enough. If you want to enjoy your VCE French experience as much as possible and attain the best marks, Delphine is an absolute no-brainer! Merci Delphine!

Delphine is an absolutely fantastic teacher that can help students achieve absolute clarity with the French language, even when mastering the most complex concepts. She is able to make students feel at ease, so that they can productively learn in a comfortable environment. Her many creative resources and exercises reinforce difficult french grammar. Delphine genuinely cares about her students and she tailors her teaching style to the type of student she is teaching. She thereby structures each class carefully, so that students can improve and succeed in the most efficient manner. It was under her amazing teaching skills that I was able to personally succeed in VCE French. I would highly recommend her to anyone learning French!!!
Delphine tutored my 17 year old son for Year 11 and Year 12 French 2019. She proved to be an excellent choice as a tutor and was probably the reason our son continued with Year 12 French. She was very thorough, generous with her time and provided copious notes for our son to take home. She was up-to-date with the Year 12 curriculum and worked to it, in the final year. There was never a problem getting our son to French tutoring; he was always happy to go and enjoyed the lessons. I believe she has the knack of giving students confidence, no matter what their standard of French. Apart from her skills as a tutor, Delphine demonstrated genuine empathy and consideration for our son when he went through difficult times. A quote from our son “Delphine is very approachable and easy to work with. She really cares how you do” I would not hesitate to recommend Delphine as a French tutor – she is first class and we were lucky to find her.
Excellent tutor, heaps of resources for orals/written/grammar, so passionate about French, obvious love of the language. Understands common student problems, has a deep understanding about the intricacies of the French language. She is always willing to help! Is really able to elevate your love of French and your results.
I came to Delphine at the beginning of Year 12 for help with all parts of VCE French and over the course of the year, she helped my French to improve exponentially. She always had relevant material and exercises to help me with any parts of the course that i was struggling with and went above and beyond in helping to reinforce that which i was being taught in day school but also in providing support in ways that one could not get from any regular teacher. She was always accommodating in terms of scheduling and has a deep understanding of and is very passionate about the French she teaches. Honestly i owe much of my improvement in the subject this year to her.
Delphine is an amazing french tutor who always puts in so much effort to her sessions. She is a lovely and dedicated person who has a passion for teaching French. Delphine always tailored her lessons to focus on the areas I needed to improve my french. I couldn't have done VCE french without her and I always looked forward to our lessons together.
