I purchased a Manfrotto tripod and am absolutely disappointed by the way it was packaged and sold. Little did I notice while purchasing that it had a tape on it and when opened. Parts were already broken. I had previously purchased a camera and lens in the same store and had a pickup issue. Never expected this from a reputed brand. The product should have been removed or put under clearance.

Such a great experience here! We were helped by Molly who was absolutely amazing. She spent a lot of time with my partner and I going over different cameras and equipment. She had a wealth of knowledge and was more than happy to share this with us to make and informed purchase. We are very very happy with the service we received and Molly was incredible.
I would like to mention Lisa for your highest accolade as she has been enormously helpful to me every time I step inside this business. I had a lens stolen in Brisbane and she helped me out enormously. I have spent quite a deal of money in Doncaster Tess and perhaps would not have done so except for the brilliant service Lisa provides. Please ensure this is passed onto her for me Jo Wolff
Customer service obviously isn't their main priority. The older female staff is the nicest, however the gentleman and the other wouldn't bother serving or at least when they are busy they could indicate that they'd get back to us. When asked why my phone isn't connecting one of the staff simply replied that she didn't know. Having been to bigw many times, the service here is incomparably different
