Unprofessional!! Would Not recommend anyone to Ray White Manningham. I have never encountered any real estate agency that is so inefficient and irresponsible. (rental and sales agents) Slow or Not responding to call/ messages. Treating you like a kid, by lecturing you over the phone to follow her instructions and will take money off you for a small reason. Ray White being such a reputed company should train their agents to at least a acceptable standard. no doubt, they will respond with "we have no record of you" which seems to be the default of defecting the blame since im using my maiden name

Our property manager Madeleine Di Gennaro is excellent at her job and the best property manager we have had in our experience. We cannot recommend her enough. She is so professional, efficient, quick to respond and understanding. As a tenant we felt safe in knowing that she had our well-being at heart. Anyone who gets her as their property manager is truly lucky!

Unprofessional!! not recommended to anyone. Our rental agent left Raywhite and nobody told us anything and nobody replied our emails until the date we wanted to move. The new agent was a disaster, super slow, irresponsible, and knew nothing about how thing works!! I prefer have no place to live rather than rent a place with Raywhite!!
