My family has always gone here for every birthday ice cream cake. I also always take their gluten free cakes to morning/afternoon teas with the girls. Never noticed the service because never in there for very long, but it seems fine
We ordered a lemon tart and gluten free death by chocolate cake for a party, both delicious and very reasonably priced! They even added extra decorations and writing for no extra charge. Very happy with the service, thanks!
My family and I have been long time customers at the Cheesecake Heaven and we have also taken many friends there who on very hot days especially spent time in the air conditioned surroundings. Their wide range of ice creams, cakes and smoothies are a delight to have. We have no problems about revisiting them on future trips to Melbourne from Ballarat. We wish them well for 2016.
Never had a bad cake in over 10 years. Always fresh and reasonably priced.
Customer Service is 5 stars (Willing to allow us to pick up a cake after closing hours on a public holiday!) Quality of cakes and food is 5 stars (Love the mango mousse) I'm a frequent customer
At Cheesecake Heaven, 294 blackburn rd, Doncaster east, there is a very rude, tall, fat, dark skin lady working and she was rude to me and my wife throughout the couple of seconds we spent there. There was an option to buy Half of any cheese cake displayed there, when i asked her for half of a cheese cake in display, she cut the cake 70% to 30% ratio and gave me the 30% part of the cake saying it is Half of that cake take it ....... How rude ....... Please be careful before visiting that place as that environment will spoil your mood absolutely for at least 2 days .......
