Had my Mini serviced here and my service adviser Emily has been really helpful, probably the best out of all advisers I have dealt with. My Mini had a few small issues so had to come back few times but she is really helpful on helping me out, promptly replying to my emails, phone calls and managed to sort things out quickly.
