Apart from them having the best price for comparable drapes, the showroom staff, the measurement guy who came to my house and the installer were all just nice, friendly people. Great service and job all round 100% satisfaction
AWFUL. Have had nothing but issues with my service and installation. They have been out 7 times so far . Replaced some and still haven't got all the issues sorted. Save yourself massive headaches and go anywhere else

Couldn't be happier with our new Soft Roman blinds from Dollar Curtains and Blinds Fyshwick. From beginning to end the service was terrific and when one blind was a couple of centimetres out they remade the blind immediately without us even asking. It was the installer who noticed. We are very impressed with this company and have recommended to every one who has commented on how fabulous the new blinds look. They all say they should change their name as it makes them sound cheap (as in cheap and nasty). Nothing could be further from the truth. Great job Dollar Curtains, recommend highly.
I recently had the team from Dollar Curtains and Blinds Fyshwick furnish my home with a combination of electric and manual roller blinds and beautiful wavefold sheers. Everything looks and works amazing and I couldn’t be happier! The whole experience was excellent from quote through to installation and I have received so many compliments on the result. The store manager, Corey, was particularly great to deal with and during site measure he offered invaluable suggestions and advice to navigate some design complexities thanks to his extensive knowledge and experience. The installation team were very friendly, professional and did a superb job. It was easy to communicate with all of the staff and the quality and price were spot on. I highly recommend Dollar Curtains and Blinds Fyshwick and will definitely use them again for my next project. Photos to follow shortly!
Quality of the product and the value for money is good but they are terribly disorganised. Placed my order late April only to be told four weeks later that the fabric was faulty and I have to wait longer. A coupe of weeks later I was told that I have to order a new fabric as the one I ordered is not available anymore. Urgent order to replace my fabric again took another three weeks. Installation cancelled without advising me when I had to take time off from work to be at home. I wouldn't shop from them purely because they are disorganised.
Recently purchased roller and vertical blinds for the house from Dollar Curtains and Blinds Fyshwick store. Pre sales service, measure and quote- Excellent. Production time and installation service-Excellent. Quality of product equal to price paid and worked well. AFTER SALES SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE WITH PROBLEMS- THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED ANYWHERE. THE TWO WOMEN I DEALT WITH IN THE STORE WERE TOTALLY UNHELPFUL, VERY BELLIGERENT AND TOTALLY DISINTERESTED. They not only expressed no desire to help me with my issues, but made a point of making sure I knew they would not help me. They also made it very clear that they did not know what to order (or how to order it) when I asked how I could purchase the part to fix the problem myself. This is one time I should have paid attention to the negative reviews about after sales service issues. I can now see what people mean. Decided to go to one of their competitors and have new set of blinds made, but found this was not necessary. Their competitor was happy to solve the issues free of charge. Incredible service considering it was not their product. Their competitor will now get all my future business. SO BE WARNED, BEFORE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL RECEIVE EXCELLENT SERVICE. DO NOT EXPECT ANY HELP IF YOU HAVE ISSUES AFTER YOU HAVE PAID BECAUSE, LIKE ME, YOU MAY FIND THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY NOT TO HELP YOU. This company earnt the one star based solely on the excellent service from their measure/quote & installation staff.
