Waited three weeks for an appointment only for no-one to show up. Had to chase them up and was told the person got held up at another appointment which I completely understand half expecting I'd be the first appointment early Monday morning given my 3.30 Saturday appointment needed to be cancelled but not to be - I was told it would be another three weeks before they can come out. Really poor service indeed. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I cannot fault the service and product from the Ferntree Gully store. Their advice was extremely helpful in choosing a suitable fabric and colour. Their customer service was 10 out of 10. Kaitlyn and Tracey had superior product knowledge and they were especially helpful and pleasant. The best part is I shopped around and their price was extremely competitive. Amazing value for money. I love my new curtains. I would HIGHLY recommend this store.

Brilliant pre-sale customer service from Annie. She spent an hour with me going through fabrics and options even though she knew my new property was outside her service area (she referred me to two other DCB stores). I would love to have given her my business and can only hope where I end up is as wonderful.

I could not recommend this store highly enough. I have put off getting my much needed curtains because I just didn't know what I wanted. However from the moment I walked into the FTG store Annie could not have been more helpful. She showed me the various styles and fabrics and made an appointment for a measure and quote. On the morning of the appointment the store phoned to inform me that the staff member coming out was sick and that the manager would be coming out instead. These things happen unfortunately, but the store was great to communicate this in a timely fashion. I was thrilled when it was Annie who arrived to do my quote. She is friendly, professional and offered great advice in choosing the perfect option, colour and fabric to suit my home. I was also pleasantly surprised with the quote. I cannot wait until my new curtains arrive! Thanks Annie for your incredible customer service. It's wonderful to deal with someone who clearly loves their job and prides themself on providing exceptional service. Thankyou also for putting up with my inquisitive dog.

Extremely disappointed with a local company that I have tried to support during the difficult times of COVID 19. They praise themselves as an Australian Company that supports the local manufacturing and workforce which we all try to support. I have been promised refurbishment of my windows ( 16000) in 4-6 weeks. 8 weeks late and half of my windows have no blinds due to wrong measures taken twice by the company. There is no explanation of their wrong doing just sorry after me contacting them the next morning of my house being left in a total mess! You can do better Dollar Curtains and Blinds Ferntree Gully , by reviewing your customer service to start with! Not a great local business unfortunately:)

Would give less if possible. After waiting two weeks for appointment the rep didn't turn up. Not just didn't show within the 4 hour window advised, just not at all. Upon calling the store I was told a phone message had been left for me that morning advising the relevant person had called in sick - can absolutely confirm no message was left. No missed call, no message. No DCB, don't wish to reschedule, taking busness elsewhere.

Service as it should be! - Excellent in home consult with Liz, who was not pushy, very knowledgeable and most importantly, a sense of humor when dealing with a very curious toddler! - Blinds within quoted delivery time frames. - Questions always answered with a proper response when calling. DCB Ferntree Gully was recommended to us by a friend and we can see why. Happy to pass that recommendation on again.
