I have a very rude building manager from this company Just happen now: I don’t have one swipe for garage with me (but I paid two bedroom apartment here)I just need to open the side door when I finish the currier picked up my parcels, so I would not got locked out there, he talked like he is A king, very rude that I need to close the door immediately like I’m a criminal, so I need accept his BAD attitude? If this management got better service to do the parcel drop and pick up, That I would not be bother by this rude situation

Trevor Sucks

Customer Service sucks. These guys will treat your tenants like dirt and if they already have your money then they won't bother doing anything for you. If you call them with any problem you'll get an 80 year old geriatric trying to pick fights with you. Everything's always broken. Whole building has had a cockroach infestation for years now. Place always smells like rubbish tip. Completely incompetent staffers in the office. My one star goes to the mop and bin men, who apparently are the only ones doing their job.

By far some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Initially a complete failure to respond to an email request, then after being followed-up sent a 1 sentence reply, did not apologise for the delay nor answer the question, and has since refused to do so! Some of the rudest and most unprofessional behaviour I have experienced, avoid wherever possible!
