Having not completed high school, I was a bit daunted by the idea of going for a degree online, particularly as I was nearly 70 when I started. The staff and tutors have been extremely helpful and I am now in my third year of a BA Behavioural Studies.
I have used Open Universities Australia for the first time this year and have been very happy with the service I've received. The student advisers are knowledgeable and friendly and take as much time as you need to answer your questions and go through the enrolment process. In addition, they are available after hours and will get back to you if necessary. I also found that they were more knowledgeable about my fees than the university.
Super friendly staff, website easy to follow along and has good information about what universities they partner with and the courses they offer. Staff helped answer all of my questions and ultimately helped me find what course and uni were going to work for me and my current situation
Really evil culture at this business and staff that abuse what power they think they have, bully students and care more about their ego, entitlement and money then student’s education. Their staff are straight out rude and will then lie and gang up to save themselves. One of the main bullies Belinda is middle aged and has a degree in adult education shockingly.
