the happy helpful guys at this place are never too busy to stop and help with tiny little problems like a worn magnet. They are consistently helpful and generous with their time and expertise. I could not recommend them more highly. not sure why someone thought they were hard to find, can't miss them, right on the water across the road from the stadium . thanks guys :)

I was very pleased with the quality of the bike service at Good Cycles in Docklands. The bike is amazingly smooth and quiet - almost like new. A long standing issue on the bike has been addressed that previous workshops were not able to resolve. Naturally the person performing the service was quite knowledgeable in the mechanics of the bike. The workshop is also conveniently located for a same day turn around if you live/work in Docklands. I will most certainly come back for the next service.

I've tried this place twice now for emergency repairs on my commute. The same mechanic on both occasions wasn't interested in taking a quick look at the issue despite no one else in the shop. Basic customer service skills are lacking here. Don't bother them with your patronage.
Went in to get a kickstand installed on my bike. Friendly staff, provided fast and helpful service.

These folks are the best. They looked after us when we had a few issues on a bike tour and couldn’t have been better! Their other store in the city is great as well :)
