Very Arrogant, honestly if he was in front of me face to face, he would think twice before boasting how he's the boss of fix my truck and declining to help as a response to breakdown that they did 5 days prior and not fix the fault but charged me arm and a leg. I have pulled out from fix my truck because of his smart talk and very bad customer service. I would be honest , review phone call conversation on Friday morning from Melbourne. He boasts thAt Linfox uses them and have no issue, well I would love for you to come see me face to face and then you can re- evaluate your words. Steer away from using this poor quality, I work for Toll,CMV,CAT,Linfox, Daimler, and never had to deal with low service from this place. Enjoy Xmas.

Did a great job with Fixing our Truck, thanks
One of my drivers was stuck in the middle of nowhere with a blown radiator hose and leaking coolant. It was just an easy fix but looking for a mechanic in the middle of the night on a remote area was very hard, good thing fix my truck have an Australia wide 24 hour support. Because of their fast service, our business has not been delayed
Never trust fix my truck group ,they changed a fuse which is less than 1 and they charged me 1187 cant belive it steel im shock If fix my truck be the only truck assist in australia next time if my truck break down i will leave my truck but i dont want call fix my truck group
Absolute disgraceful 639.87 dollars to supply and fit a new trailer electrical plug in Melbourne metro area ( Derrimut ) Yes it was at 10:36pm at night but how the bloody hell do you justify this a 6.00 dollar part!!!! Rang them when we received the bill and they ( Fix my truck ) didn't see an issue with charging us this amount... NEVER AGAIN.....
Fix my truck took a 1000 deposit for an after hours call out of my credit card (I think it is fair considering truck repairs can be big money). An auto elec came to site (45 mins travel) and advised me I had a mechanical issue and was not able to help (which I agree with his assessment) and left less than 1 hour of his arrival. I conveniently got a bill emailed nearly a week later of 1045! The auto elec charged me 700 odd dollars and a 30% markup for fix my truck plus a 55 after hours fee to fix my truck call center (8pm). This is absolute highway robbery and I'm sure the businesses subcontracting to fix my truck know full well that fix my truck take a 1000 deposit and I believe they expect charge you the full whack. Service overall was great, prompt and even a follow up call from the center to make sure I had been attended to, but the price is way off the mark and really can't be justified.
