My colleague bought the Nebula backpack from this store. Based on his experience I have to say I'm pretty disappointed with Crumpler. The Nebula backpack doesn't close properly, meaning no matter how empty or how full the backpack is, the top is always open. People can just shove their hand in there and grab whatever's in the bag without any issues (see photo). We reached out to Crumpler and the first person we spoke to explained it's a known issue and they offer people to ship the bag to the warehouse so they can add a strap to it. Why sell these bags if they have a known issue? The bags were still displayed in-store!! We then spoke with the manager who said it's not a known issue and who also offered to add a strap to it. But again why sell bags with a known issue (and a pretty bad one!), why sell bags that can't be closed? It's a pickpocketing waiting to happen. When we asked for a refund or exchange of the bag simply because this bag just isn't working, they declined, which we think is very poor form. Very disappointed with Crumpler.

Occasionally have some really good specials. Just got a laptop bag for Crumpler work for 40.

The Docklands is Beautiful pictureque place to go watch the sun caress the water as the sun shines off the water plenty of people come here just sit &relax bask in the sunshine &take in the sights I cant wait to get back to Victoria How Beautiful sun glistening on the water people talking meeting each other drinking &eating &just adoring the Docklands
***** LOCAL GUIDE YOU CAN KNOW AND TRUST ***** So I have always been well supporting of the CRUMPLER BRAND, but the new logo makes them look childish and that's a fact but I can't let that muddy the waters of my reviews and that's a fact of life to be honest with you. The service is very hit and miss and sometimes it 's good and other times it's just below average and that's a fact of life to be honest with you.
