So far trouble free. Equipment and technician arrived when scheduled. Billing easy to understand. Plans explained fully. Emails answered promptly. Speed as stated, no peak/off peak times and uploads not counted in data usage. Really happy so far.

Boom Broadband are awesome!! Great value plans. There are a few cheaper companies out there, but the combination of value and quality, Australian service at Boom can't be beaten. If you have any questions or run into any problems, their support staff are quick, clear and thorough in their response. Very happy with Boom, would definitely recommend!
Have enjoyed every contact I have had with this company. the quick replies to emails, telephone queries all without fuss has been fabulous. compared to my previous provider it has been a dream, so glad I changed over to Boom, best decision I have made in a long time. I had a mountain of frustration with my previous provider, was on the verge of having a nervous breakdown with them. love these guys.
Great service from this Australian based company. I have had a few issues with my connection and the assistance and turnaround time on a fix were outstanding. I even got to speak to the same person every time. A really intuitive porthole and great phone service too. Let's hope they stay this way because they're different from many other service providers.
The best ISP I've ever used and they're Australian. Excellent communication, very quick to get me up and running and no ripping off customers with unnecessary extras. I didn't want a home phone line, broadband was all I needed and i got it for a good price. Very happy, give them a go.

Very happy customer. If you call a real human in Melbourne answers, the faults I've had (not theirs; Telstras) are actioned much faster than expected and they're genuinely helpful and hard working. Couldn't recommend more
