Called them up because we couldn't figure out how to install the roof racks we purchased from someone else. Jason took the time to talk to us and asked us to come into the shop to look at the fit. He then thoroughly looked at the manual and the roof rack and confirmed that it could not be fitted on our car. Awesome service even though we didn't purchase from them.

I recently had problems with installing my own racks and they happily helped me without any request for payment. I'll be sure to buy something there in the future!
Needed a roller fro my back Thule rack and after chatting with Jason he suggested the Rhino roller .. as Rhino gear and Thule are compatible. When I went to install I had problems getting the Rhino locking lugs to fit my Thule rack; it appears the source of incompatibility was the age of my racks. Contacted Jason and after a little consideration he said he had two solutions which he would immediately courier down to me (I am 40 minutes outside of Hobart). This is an amazing response and is testament to a company focused on customer service. Highly recommended and thanks.
