I purchased the viking style axe and I can say that I am very happy with the service and the quality of the axe. The axe is the best made quality Damascus steel axe that I seen! I am very happy with my purchase.

I have to put this here as a warning to people. Don't expect quality or support from these guys. I have got 2 knives from them and the first one was fine, not problems. But the 2nd on had a small crack in the blade. You'd think any knife maker would be pretty upset that they sent a customer a knife with a potentially dangerous defect. Nope not these guys. They actually tried to tell me that a cracked blade was just part of the 'Damascus' process. So I went and asked number of other knife makers what they thought and the general feedback was that; implying any knife, Damascus or not, is OK to have any cracks at all, is a joke. Then they tried to tell me that they wouldn't return the knife because I hadn't mailed it back within 30 days. (I contacted them immediately but didn't actually mail it back for some time because I was overseas.) So I reminded them about Australian Consumer Law and they did take the knife back. So I paid postage to ship it back, only for them to send me another one WITH A CRACKED BLADE AGAIN. I sent them a follow up email about the 2nd knife with a cracked blade about 6 months ago now and never heard anything back at all. Absolutely disgusting customer service and quality.
