Don't believe the 5 Star reviews from Drew and Tom as they are employees of Stratco. This job was a nightmare, shoddy workmanship, didn't build to Stratco requirements, four years of legal battles with minimal outcome. Stay clear of this company. Wish I had never started it. :(

The whole team from Designer Pergolas & carports were absolutely fantastic, from all the office staff, Tony who did the measure & quote & Arron & his team who did the construction were all very easy & pleasant to deal with & the quality of workmanship was first class. Arron found out it was my birthday & organised a birthday cake, called Vicki & myself out to the back & the team sang happy birthday. Thanks guys, what a team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Designer Pergolas.
We had a Stratco pergola installed by the team and we are very happy with the finished product. Tony and Ray were very helpful throughout the process and helped us design a pergola specific to our needs, complete with raked ceilings, additional skylight windows and vpanel wall. Looking forward to enjoying it this summer.

It was a nightmare for me. Boss Tony grabbed 22500 deposit and did nothing in last 5 years . He is very difficult guy to deal with till Consumer affair. I got money back partially .
As soon as anything doesn't go to plan they are extremely difficult to deal with and if they actually do bother to return your call are rude and uncooperative. They left us with a balcony that we still can't get a building certificate for, despite assuring me (after chasing them for weeks) that they had installed the 2 missing bolts that the building inspector found on the first inspection. Now we have to pay for someone else to complete the job and pay for a 3rd building inspection.
Hi All, Please stay away from this charlatan, he does not answer his phone or return your calls. Very unprofessional and does not deliver what is in the contract. Even with a VCAT rulling he refused to return calls or meet his obligations so we are going to VCAT again. Buyers be ware and stay well away.
