This review is not in regards to the build. I never got to that stage. This review is in regards to the little customer service I receieved in trying to talk to somone. I called the number 3 times each time i was told to leave my number and somone will call me back that didnt happend. When I finnaly got through to a person after waiting for close to 30mins I was told a sales person would call me, that never happen. Next day I had to call 4 times and leave my number for a call back (never got a call back). On my 5th I waited for 30mins again and the person i talked to said they have been busy and somone will call me. Surprice surprice no one called me. Makes me think if it is so hard to talk to somone before I signed the contract what little care and attention would i get once the contract is signed.
Mal is a sensational new homes consultant. We shopped around with multiple builders and we found only Mal knew his stuff from block sizes to what sort of houses we could build on them. He also understood our needs and was willing to go above and beyond to get the inclusions we wanted. If you are looking for a reputable builder and someone to streamline the process make sure you ask for Mal and only Mal.
Mal has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that assisted us in designing our dream home. I would recommend Rawson, in particularly Mal & Fran to anyone wanting to build their future home.
