Great hospitality, the owners (while new) knew a lot about the area and recommended a few places for us to visit. Comfy bed, cute little rooms, and even freshly made bread! Across the road is the old chruch and, really, the whole of Deloraine is just gorgeous!

Really quaint convict built bnb in picturesque rural nth tas. Warm and comfortable and host was lovely.
This BnB is in a nice quiet location, yet easy walking distance to the centre of town where you can get everything you need. We stayed in ''Gannons Rest' suite. The rooms were a little cold when we first arrived, so we just went out for dinner a little earlier and it was lovely and warm by the time we got back. It remained very snug all weekend despite it being below zero outside. The extra touches like port, chocolates, fresh walnuts from the 120 year old tree, and baked bread straight from the oven just made for a special weekend! Georgia and Peter were lovely hosts! We would definitely stay again.
Lovely warm welcome and very comfortable accommodation. Lovely little extras and a homely atmosphere. I stay regularly for business and wouldn't bother with anywhere else.
Beautiful place to stay.
Beautifully restored rooms, that have comfortably accommodated 5 guests. The owners are so welcoming and were very happy to explain the history of the place to us and help us with our every need. We even got delicious cake! The complementary check-in bread was AMAZING and still hot from the oven! The not advertised duck parade that greeted us on our second evening was greatly enjoyed by all.
Blake's Manor was a lovely end to a great Tasmanian holiday. Rhett and Dina were great hosts and kept supplying us with lovely home baked treats during our stay. The room was lovely and comfortable and had everything we wanted. The room was full of lovely unexpected details. The small kitchen meant we could prepare some of our own meals. The local restaurants also provided some great food. I would thoroughly recommend Blake's Manor if you are staying around the Deloraine area.
Staff are very friendly, and helpful, the rooms are very historical, but there were a lot of mirrors. My wife and I felt the rooms were a little creepy at night, perhaps due to the stillness. In the morning however, with the sun streaming in through the kitchen windows, we enjoyed our breakfast, and the many gifts included by the hosts, including local cheeses, chocolates, sherry and the delicious home made bread that was still warm when they gave it to us the night before. We were sorry to be leaving so soon, and wished we had longer to stay.
