Beautiful display homes, beautiful digital images, the deebing heights consultant Dylan was a good communicator, good knowledge and comfortable to talk to, but did apply a bit of sales pressure, and verbally guaranteed things he couldn't commit to in wtiting, and initial conversations admitted he can't reply to emails very quickly (which came across a bit rude). That said he was patient with us, and it is Helpful that Hallmark works with the sovereign pocket stockland worker Sam for finding available land too. But in the end we chose an alternate builder who applied less pressure
