Shannon helped me when i was in labour for my sons birth in September. We did Hypnotherapy sessions up until the birth, learning to relax and breath through contractions. When i was in labour, Shannon came to the hospital and helped me through the entire birth keeping me relaxed and calm. I don't think i could have handled the birth the way I did if she wasn't there to help me through it, through hypnotherapy ive posted a photo of my baby
I have a very stressful job, I use hypnosis to relax and let go of all my stresses. I first came across hypnosis to quit smoking, and it worked. I now use on a regular basis for stress. Its great to have to well needed down time.
